Reverse Osmosis Process

1. Water Conditioner
The water conditioner on the inlet of RO System will reduce scaling, increasing efficiency and extending membrane life, as well as eliminate the need for soft water supply.

2. 5 micron PP Spun sediment cartridge
The cartridge is based on FDA standard, 5 micron filter, can reduce sediment, rust \, sand and other solid, granular material.

3. Granulated activated carbon cartridge
The high absorbing GAC cartridge can reduce bleach, insecticides, chlorides, odour and other toxic chemicals.

4. 1.0 micron PP Cartridge or CTO
Further removes finer solid impurities and chemicals in water, to prevent membrane from blocking.

5. Reverse Osmosis System
A 0.0001 micron super micro held membrane to filter out microbes such as virus, bacteria, & toxic metals like Arsenic, Cobalt, Cadmium, Mercury etc. to make purified drinking water.

6. U V Treatment
This is chamber fitted with ultra violet tube which gives adequate doses of U/V rendition effective enough to disintegrate the DNA of the biological forms specially coliform bacteria and other forms of harmful pathogens.

7. Post Carbon
Silver Impregnated Post Treatment to enhance the taste and finally polishing of water taste.
